OUR MISSION

Where We Came From

Our first technological breakthrough was in 1998 when we achieved the very first micropayment by SMS; this innovation was created by our Founder Chris Tomic. Following that with the first ‘over-the-air’ data update in 1999; these two eureka moments lead to the creation of IDB Mobile back in 2003, that same year we have invented the very first delivery of data via SMS messages, this allows software bundles to be deployed (such as updates, and games) and so Mobile Entertainment was born that day. Today we are supplying 10+ million customers every day in 38 countries and we open new markets every year.
