Job responsibilities:

  • Receiving and solving user queries and complaints (in writing)
  • Monitoring the user's life cycle
  • Successful running and closing customer cases
  • Control of marketing activities within the regulation of a market
  • Monitoring the regulations of telecom regulatory bodies in international markets
  • Market research and telecoms monitoring


  • High school degree, undergraduate degree (Bachelor), graduate degree (Master, Doctoral, Profesional Degree)(economy, administrative and legal administration)
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar jobs
  • Advanced knowledge of PC work (mandatory MS office)
  • Advantage of working experience in web / digital marketing / telecommunications
  • Proactivity and Desire for Continuous Learning
  • Interest in technology
  • Excellent communication skills through clear, precise and grammatical accurate pronunciation in English
  • Ability to set clear goals and achieve time limits
  • Teamwork and commitment to multitasking
  • Positive approach to colleagues and users, persistence and focus on results
  • Good co-operation in the team, self-organization, openness to change and flexibility
